Honestly, if they don’t respond to me soon I am not only reporting them to the BBB but I am going to put their shit on blast on youtube/facebook/every other fucking social networking site I am apart of. If you look at their facebook page there are TONS of unsatisfied customers that can’t get the help they need. Basically I signed up 1/10, got charged FOUR times, did not receive a bag for that month (which is cool because they aren’t going to charge me for this months bag) but now when I email them about my $30 refund they ignore me. I’ve sent three emails recently and I haven’t received a response. The last time they emailed me the girl said “It does take some time for these escalations to get resolved, but my supervisor has the information, and I will also escalate this email over to him.” THAT WORD DOESN’T MEAN WHAT YOU THINK IT MEANS. >_

So you haven’t received anything from them at all?  How’d you find out about them?  I hope something gets resolved.  Everything I’ve read from unsatisfied customers makes me think it’s a huge scam.  AND THEIR RESPONSE TO YOUR EMAIL MAKES IT WORSE.  Escalations?? lol  That whole quote was all kinds of jacked up.

Not a thing. The only thing stopping me from reversing the charges is that my credit union has a stupid policy about it. Basically they deactivate my debit card and send me a new one in two weeks. So I wont be able to pay my bills online for two weeks and I will have to carry a shit load of cash around… No thanks. I’m ready to drive to San Fran, walk into their offices and fucking raise hell. To add insult to injury they’re always posting pictures of them “painting the office!” or “taking a trip to target!” How about you sit the fuck down at your desk and answer one of my goddamn emails you unprofessional bastards.
