
Honestly, if they don’t respond to me soon I am not only reporting them to the BBB but I am going to put their shit on blast on youtube/facebook/every other fucking social networking site I am apart of. If you look at their facebook page there are TONS of unsatisfied customers that can’t get the help they need. Basically I signed up 1/10, got charged FOUR times, did not receive a bag for that month (which is cool because they aren’t going to charge me for this months bag) but now when I email them about my $30 refund they ignore me. I’ve sent three emails recently and I haven’t received a response. The last time they emailed me the girl said “It does take some time for these escalations to get resolved, but my supervisor has the information, and I will also escalate this email over to him.” THAT WORD DOESN’T MEAN WHAT YOU THINK IT MEANS. >_
